Project 4

  • Project 4. - Facilitating continuous improvement and managing quality client service.

Participants will be required to demonstrate competence in at least two different contexts in successfully developing and facilitating change, innovation and continuous improvement to build quality client services.

  • Introduction to Elements of Project 4.
  • Essential readings and theory.
  • Face to face interactions on site (various, as needed – Issues such as Managing Conflict, Negotiation and Bargaining Skills, Internal and External Clients discussed as an ongoing part of mentoring/ coaching process).  Readings provided from Professional Performance Australia’s (PPA) extensive catalogue of Management Development workshops.
  • Participants share their use of MindSights in building structures for developing and managing processes in this Project Area.
  • Continue to use and build skills with MindSights to develop productive processes for working with and through people with focus on managing the human impact of change and innovation.

Additional elements: (Building Outcomes Focused Leadership)

  • Towards end of project, complete Strategic Leadership and Team Development Profile for selected, high-level leaders. 
  • Debriefing activity to determine actions required to develop identified areas for growth.
