Management Foundations (student outcomes focus)
Project 1
- Project 1. - Project Management skills. Developing and managing operational, budget and financial plans.
Participants will be required to demonstrate competence in at least two different contexts in successfully developing and managing operational budgets and financial plans using a project management approach.

- Introduction to Management Foundations.
- Introduction to Elements of Project 1.
- Essential readings and theory.
- Introduction to MindSights.
- Use MindSights to build structures for developing and managing generic plans.
- Use MindSights to develop productive processes for working with and through people.
- Face to face interactions on site (various, as needed – more at start of process, fewer in later stages)

- Administer Team Management Profile (Foundation for Understanding the “Who Are We?” element of Team development strategy)
- Debrief and work for skill embedment. (Skill development in preparation for Project 2)
