Professional Performance Australia (PPA) is a joint venture company founded by Directors, Professor Rod Gerber, Ian McKenzie and Mel Phillips to provide cutting edge workplace learning and professional development programs for any one in any workplace in Australia.

With Professor Rod Gerber’s untimely death in 2007, the company is now managed by Directors Ian McKenzie and Mel Phillips. Before any of PPA’s programs were made available to industry and/or to individuals many hundreds of hours of planning and preparation took place.

The quality suite of programs, services and products now available from Professional Performance Australia reflect the skills, experience and expertise of its founding Directors in addition to the time and effort that has been a part of the planning and preparation process.
