• Understand your leadership impact. We provide a 360° tool, the Linking Skills Profile. Developing in this area ensures you have the People Linking Skills, the Task Linking Skills and the Leadership Linking Skills needed to build drive and energy into the team.
• Facilitating communication and problem solving (We use Dr Charles Margerison’s “Communication & Problem Solving at Work” resource - view video)

It is WIKI style, MS word-based, fully compatible and completely open to integration with all management operating environments. An added feature is that it is easily customised to grow with the organisation.
• “Management Foundations Library” – a library of 50+ self-paced PD programs in specific areas covering Leadership, Management and People (eg, Change, Client Focused management, The New Leader, …), all accompanied by open MS Word workbooks and PowerPoint presentations.
• *Capacity to train and assess FrontLine Management at Cert III, Cert IV and Diploma levels is an added option in training in the basics of management.
