Professional Performance Australia (PPA) has an exciting and unique program involving accredited training in management and our MindSights software.

Federal government funding is available for current full-time employees in Australia. You or your colleagues may be able to access this funding through the innovative program we have developed.

Here are the basic requirements to access these government funds and work with us:

• You (or the potential trainee) is currently employed full-time
• You (or the potential trainee) have not completed any traineeships, accredited courses or higher education awards over the last seven years.
• You (or the potential trainee) have a leadership or supervisory role as a part of your job.
• You (or the potential trainee) will make time available for our trainer and assessor to visit you in your workplace to work with you on the requirements for the training program. These visits will normally occur once monthly. In addition there will be other interaction via the telephone or e-mail or both.
• Professional Performance Australia is a company based in South East Queensland. If you (or the potential trainee) is an employer or an employee working somewhere in the South East Queensland area we would like to hear from you. PPA’s personnel do regularly visit other centres. If you are located elsewhere and would like to access our services, then please contact us so we can discuss options.
• You (or the potential trainee) will need to be prepared to put in the necessary time and effort to meet the requirements for the award.

If you (or the potential trainee) meet the eligibility requirements, here is what you will receive:

• The MindSights software full Premium package at NO COST. This widely acclaimed suite of software tools to assist thinking sells for $395.00 in Australia. It sells for a higher price elsewhere. (Professional Performance Australia is the sole Australasian and Pacific Region distributors of this amazing software.)
• FREE training in the use of the MindSights software package.
• A Training Plan designed specifically for your (or the potential trainee’s) job role, the firm and the industry.
• One-on-one mentoring/coaching from Professional Performance Australia’s experienced and qualified trainers/assessors to assist you (or the potential trainee) to obtain the nationally recognised qualification BSB40807 Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
• Upon successful completion of the course, you (or the potential trainee) will gain the qualification through our Registered Training Organisation, The Learning Collaborative.

All of this can be obtained without it costing you (or the potential trainee), or the firm where you are working, any financial outlay whatsoever.

Here is how it works:

1. Contact us to discuss your eligibility and the units (subjects) you would like to complete.
2. We will arrange to visit you in your workplace, and bring with us a representative of an Australian Apprenticeship centre.
3. Provided all eligibility requirements are successfully met, together with you, your workplace supervisor, the representative from an Australian Apprenticeship centre, and your trainer/assessor from Professional Performance Australia we will develop a training plan.
4. You will receive at NO COST a copy of the full Premium package of our MindSights software.
5. We will train you in the use of this software.
6. We will then commence your training and assessment program for the award of Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
7. Neither you nor your firm will receive any tax invoice from us until after you have received your payments from the federal government for the training program. You will not be charged any more than what you have received in payments. (The first payment of $1,500 generally is received three months after the initial sign-up process, with the final payment of $2,500 being received after the award has been successfully completed.)
8. Professional Performance Australia will send you a tax invoice for the amount of $1,500 at the end of the third month of training, and an invoice for $2,300 after your training is complete. That will leave your firm with the sum of $400, which we estimate will more than cover all incidental costs associated with the training program.
9. You can keep and continue to use the MindSights software. (Once you get used to using this self-mentoring software, you will wonder how you ever managed without it. It is like having a team of expert consultants waiting at your fingertips on the keyboard of your computer.)
10. You will be better qualified and more productive in your workplace.
