Management Foundations (student outcomes focus) Course Costs Successful completion of this course will give the participant dual awards. Certificate of Successful completion of Management Foundations (student outcomes focus) from Professional Performance Australia and the Nationally Recognised Diploma of Management from the Registered Training Organisation with whom we work in collaboration. The course has an Action Learning approach and will be largely conducted online. Group interaction from the participants participating in the course is an important part of this Action Learning process. There are not any set texts for the course, but the MindSights™ Premium Package, is required software for the course. The software cost is included in the overall course costs. Upon successful completion of the “Management Foundations” (student outcomes focus) course, participants will be awarded a certificate of successful completion from Professional Performance Australia. We have mapped the competencies required in our course against those required for the Diploma of Management qualification. The course does in fact cover more units of competency than those required for the Diploma of Management, and statements of attainment for those additional units will be given to successful course participants.
